And we're back

Now that blogger is back up and running.  I am excited to get posting again.  I wanted to first want to talk about failing as I stated before I used several blogs to get started, I have been couponing for a while and STILL I fail, and in the beginning it was very frustrating.  The key is a ask a lot of question and don't give up.  The key for me is to save money and as long as I am doing that I am happy.  Here is a recent example yesterday I went to CVS to get some Revlon makeup.  They have it in their paper buy $15 worth and get 7 ECB (extra care bucks back).  Also they have formula on sale for 4.99, there was a coupon in the paper for 5.00 ANY Similac product!! So I go to pay for my Similac (coupon reads one per transaction so I can only use one per order), and the cashier says to me "I can't adjust a manufacturer coupon down"  and like an idiot I for got to bring their policy with me.  So I had to buy something because she wouldn't give me money back (the WHOLE ONE CENT).  I was pretty sure that they could adjust it down but they didn't so I had to buy something out of pocket.  So I bought some gum, now it was only a dollar but its the point of it.  I am trying to save money not spend it.  Always bring a copy of their policy with you or ask a manager, which I should have done.  Lesson learned. Don't let this bring you down, if you fail that is.  Just learn from it and get better next time, and don't be afraid to ask questions!!! There is so much help out there and really good people that want to help and understand where you have been because they were there too.
